During a trip to the zoo, Ruby took photos of every animal she saw—lions, giraffes, penguins, and even a sleepy koala. She carried her camera everywhere. But after lunch, she realised it was missing. 'I must have left it near the picnic tables,' she said. Her family retraced their steps, asking staff and checking benches. Ruby felt sad. Just as they were about to leave, a zookeeper walked over. 'Is this yours?' he asked, holding the camera. Ruby smiled and nodded. 'Thank you so much!' she said. At home, she looked through the photos and printed her favourites. 'Next time,' she said, 'I’ll keep it in a safe pocket.'
