Year 5 students were excited for their three-day school camp. They packed sleeping bags, clothes, and snacks. The camp was in the bush, with cabins and a big dining hall. On the first day, they went canoeing and learned how to paddle. At night, they sat around a campfire and toasted marshmallows. The next day, they hiked through the forest and spotted wallabies. In the evening, they played games and told stories. On the last day, they cleaned their cabins and said goodbye to the camp leaders. 'I’ll miss this place,' said Mia. 'Me too,' said her friend. The bus ride home was full of laughter and memories.
